Great News!

We decided that we really like this neighborhood and we are going to try to purchase two of the lots for sale that are side-by-side and then build in the middle.  We called up a survey friend to see what was involved in re-plotting the lots, etc.  He asked which neighborhood and it turns out that his co-worker is just about to put his lot up for sale in that same neighborhood.........

Which lot you ask?  The one we wanted in the first place that wasn't for sale!!!  What are the odds!

So, needless to say we are moving forward to try and purchase the lot with oaks that we wanted when we first drove through the neighborhood!
