We just got the e-mail that the bathtub is finished. Due to the weight it has to be put in the house before the framing. It is SO beautiful!!! I think I'm going to be taking A LOT of baths!

Windows from Belgium!
Well, to say that I have been searching high and low for the perfect antique windows for our kitchen would be an understatement! I've found some contenders, but they were either the wrong size or made of wood.
Today, I finally found them. They are in Belgium and come from an orangery on the grounds of a ruined castle in Belgium on the French border. They are cast iron and have such a beautiful patina! Exactly what I've been hunting for!!!
We got them from the European Antiques Warehouse

So, when I inquired about them, he told be that he actually has 6. Well.....I was only looking for 2, but since it took me so long to find these and they are a great deal.....might as well take them all right!?!?!?
They will be put on a container and shipped to Texas and I'll pick them up later this year. Hopefully just in time for framing. We'll of course add new glass once we get them framed in!
