Framing Punch Out!


Well we've been framing for almost 2 months and as much as we love Poncho and his crew we are ready to move on!  It's looking great and they just have a few punch items left.  The roofers worked quickly and I'm happy to say that as soon as we get the ridge tiles on we'll finally be weathered in!!!  Plumbing and HVAC is now underway as well and brick will be up next!  Exciting times!!!

Kitchen/Great Room.  These are 2 of the windows we got from an old Orangery in Belgium.

Patio and outdoor fireplace.

The other 4 windows from the Orangery in Belgium.

Garage

Cupolas and Roof vents.  These will be going on the roof sometime this week.



Space above the garage.

    Great work! Good thing you're aware that roofs take in a lot of punishment. By getting the best quality materials and people to work on them, you're making sure that the roof can handle anything nature has to offer. Well, let's hope it doesn't go that far, right? Nice walls and windows too, if I may add. Good luck in this house-building adventure of yours!
